The atelier has four floors and hosts offices, design rooms, model making room and meeting rooms. A lift with an iron platform, crystal walls and natural steel fixtures connects the first floor with the “aquarium room”, where meetings take place.
In some parts of the atelier, the lime putty treated walls have been renovated in order to bring out the plaster and paint layered by time. Hanging on the walls are several models shielded in showcases as well as paintings and sketches by Arch. Fuksas.
Among the furniture of the atelier, the table "Tommaso" for Zeus, the chair "Ma-Zìk" for Saporiti, the office chair "Bea" for Luxy, the corporate table "Mumbai" for Haworth Castelli, the chair "Bianca" for Zeus, the table "Biennale Collection" for Saporiti e the "Panton Chair" di Verner Panton.
In Fuksas’s personal room, a wide iron sliding door acts both as background and support for sketches, images and pictures of projects. The exposed ceiling is made of white painted wooden truss. Among the furniture: lounge chair by Eames, the chair Ant by Jacobsen, table series B637 by Hein, Mathsson, Jacobsen.
Near Fuksas’s atelier, in Via di S Maria in Monticelli, there is the exhibition and deposit area which houses, among the other things, the models for important projects. A stairway links the 3 levels of the building, which enshrines in the basement the ruins of Roman baths.
